November 12, 1995 is a decisive victory date of the ideology of national statehood for our people and state. For a nation with a centuries-old tradition of statehood, this victory laid the foundation, for independence, territorial integrity, statehood, and recognition as a sovereign legal entity in the international system. Giving a constitutional direction to the will and deeds of the people, National leader Heydar Aliyev raised our national history to the stage of political renaissance, and as a result, an environment of pluralism was formed in socio-cultural and economic life. Our Constitution stated at the highest level that the state does not serve any abstract interests, but the rights and freedoms, interests of its citizens, who are the leading force of a free society.
Under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, our victorious army, which liberated our lands from occupation, wrote the glorious pages of our recent history to the sounds of the victory march. The staff of “Baku Metro” CJSC is proud to be a part of the people, a supporter of our army, demonstrating unity and stepping into future victories under the leadership of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief these historic days.
Our perfect and progressive Constitution, which regulates the process of state-building and guarantees democratic development, will give a strong impetus to the development of all our liberated territories by creating a legal basis for the process of building a democratic, legal, and secular state in them!
